Online Advertising 2.0

Online advertising has evolved substantially in recent years. Banner advertising is no longer limited to simple animations that read more like print ads than interactive advertising.

Modern web advertising can include graceful animation, embedded video/audio content and extensive interactivity. And media placements often allow the creative to expand in size to facilitate additional interaction. We believe that online ads should be rich and engaging, taking full advantage of the medium. Executed correctly, they can be a tremendous advertising tool.

Brown has executed many rich media advertising campaigns, both regional and national in scale. We've worked extensively with national portals sites such as MSN/Sympatico and Yahoo! as well as ad networks such as Advertising.com and AOL Canada. We continue to be among the first agencies in Canada to adopt new targeting technologies as they become available.

What we've come to appreciate most about this medium is its unique ability to target consumers in new and innovative ways and measure, in detail, the results for our clients. Brown is Saskatchewan's only member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau of Canada, an association representing the Interactive Marketing industry with a membership composed of interactive advertisers, agencies and publishers.
