Brown gathered enough feathers for liftoff at this year’s IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) Gold Quill Awards. A Gold Quill is considered one of the top pieces of hardware for communication professionals around the globe.
The Only in Saskatchewan campaign developed by Brown for Saskatchewan Economic and Co-operative Development won two awards – one for multi-audience communications and one in the economic, social and environmental responsibility category.
The Safe Driver Recognition campaign developed for SGI won a Gold Quill Award of Excellence. In addition, it was recognized exclusively with the prestigious Jake Wittmer Award for effective use of research in a communications program.
Ken Christoffel, president and CEO of Brown, says, “This kind of recognition is particularly satisfying because we know that it’s based on achieving measurable results for our clients. They look nice on our shelf too.”
